Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Shift: Days - Rotating 12-hour schedule (4 days in week 1, 3 days in week 2)

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Operator with a mechanical background in machine operation, particularly in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Operate finishing equipment to process and prepare custom plastic products for shipment Set up and operate finishing machinery Package finished goods according to product specifications Maintain detailed production data records Perform mechanical and physical testing using calipers and other measurement tools Ensure workplace cleanliness and orderliness following 5S and LEAN manufacturing principles Collaborate with team members to uphold quality, operational efficiency, and safety standards Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred Experience with winding and packaging equipment Commitment to Continuous Improvement principles Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction Mathematical aptitude Physical ability for frequent walking, standing, and lifting Reliable and punctual Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred Prior participation in Six Sigma or Lean projects a plus COM025
