Shift Schedule : 6:00AM until 2:30PM
Pay : $16.50 per hour
Job Description for Machine Operator: Responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring various types of machinery used in production / manufacturing processes. Previous machine operating experience required.
Job Duties for Machine Operator May Include: Set up machinery before the start of production, which may include installing and adjusting tools, loading materials, and ensuring that the machine is properly calibrated. Monitor the machinery during the production process, making adjustments as necessary to ensure that the product is being produced to the desired specifications. Conduct regular quality checks on the product to ensure that it meets established quality standards. Must identify any defects or deviations from the standard and take appropriate action to correct the issue. Troubleshooting: If the machinery malfunctions, machine operators must troubleshoot the problem and make any necessary repairs or adjustments. Conduct regular maintenance on the machinery to ensure that it is in good working condition. This may include cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed. Maintain detailed records of their work, including production reports, maintenance logs, and quality control checks. Experience operating a press brake is a plus. Experience working with a metal and/or steel is a plus. Follow established safety procedures to prevent accidents or injuries.
