Seeking a Break Person in our Wrapping DepartmentResponsible for preparing finished product for movement through the Wrapping DepartmentAssisting roll line operators and maintaining a steady flow of trays to the machines

Responsibilities
• Placing trays with product into racks or baskets and tagging them properly• Monitoring completed orders and identifying non-conforming products• Assisting with changeover between products• Stacking trays neatly and evenly• Ensuring machines run smoothly by watching for tray jam ups• Assisting in clean up duties on the baggers and palletizing/stacking areas• Powering off and removing equipment from work area• Performing calculations, keeping accurate records, and dealing effectively with people
Requirements
• High school level of knowledge• 1-3 months of bakery experience• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally• Able to work a 12-hour shift• Shift time: 1:30pm-1:30am (days will vary)• Must be proficient in machine setups for production runs and mechanical troubleshooting skills
