We are hiring Machine Operators responsible for operating and maintaining corrugating machinery used in the manufacturing of corrugated paperboard for a 3rd shift position located in Northborough, MA. For immediate consideration, apply today. Key Responsibilities: Operate corrugated machinery safely and efficiently to meet production targets. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Monitor the production process and make adjustments to machinery as needed to produce high-quality products. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations during production. Record production data and report any discrepancies or issues to the shift supervisor. Assist in the setup of machinery for different types of products. Work collaboratively with other team members to optimize production processes. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Physically capable of handling heavy equipment and standing for extended periods. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods during the shift. Must be able to work in a noisy, industrial environment.
