Responsibilities
• Setting up, operating, and monitoring various types of machines and specialized equipment• Checking for defects or malfunctions that may affect the quality of the product being produced or work being performed• Troubleshooting problems and repairing issues as needed• Following safety procedures and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment• Maintaining records and documentation• Communicating with other team members to coordinate production activities and ensure production goals are met
Requirements
• Have a high school diploma or GED• Have 2 years' machine operator or manufacturing experience• Have strong technical skills and knowledge of various types of machines and equipment• Are committed to safety, quality, and teamwork• Are detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills• Are flexible and willing to adapt to changing circumstances or priorities• Can lift 50 pounds repeatedly and climb ladders• Can read, write, perform basic mathematical calculations, and accurately record data• Can stand, walk, kneel, reach, climb, pull, and bend with full range of body motion• Can work independently and/or on a team in a fast-paced environment
