Responsibilities
• Process screenprint orders• Prepare garments• Apply inks through screenprint press• Make quality adjustments• Lead the Unloader• Provide first steps in quality control• Change screens and set up/clean ink for specific orders• Operate screenprint press• Verify garment quality and ink design• Achieve department and company goals
Requirements
• High school education desirable, but not required• Tablet or computer experience preferred• Ability to work well in a team• Detail oriented and self-motivated• Must be reliable, responsible and take direction well• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks for several hours• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours a day• Previous production experience preferred, but not required
