Isola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring a 2nd Shift Machine Operator D (Finishing Lead) at our Chandler, AZ Location.
Schedule: 2 p-10:30p M-F (Overtime and weekend work required)

THE ROLE The Production Lead reviews production orders or schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, specifications of products, and scheduled delivery dates in order to plan department operations.
TOP RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensures all employees fulfill their EHS responsibilities and sets the example for the team to follow. Plans production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products. Prepares operational schedules and coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meet specifications. Reviews production reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays. Assists Operations Supervisor and Production Manager with all other duties as assigned. INTERNAL ELIGIBILITY Completion of 90-day new hire/newly transferred probationary period or approval of direct supervisor No active disciplinary notices for behavior or performance No more than 3 attendance points Minimum of 2 years of Manufacturing Experience Must be able to work for extended hours, weekends, and support other shifts as needed Forklift Experience Preferred This is a safety-sensitive role.
