M&A Attorney

M&A Attorney An established boutique commercial law firm, with a highly collegial environment, in Dallas is currently seeking an M&A Attorney  to join their team, full-time. 
Eventually, this new hire would lead the M&A team at the firm. 
The salary for this role will be market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based bonuses. 
Skills and Requirements: 4-10 year, transactional associate, no litigation, experience in M&A huge plus Some healthcare experience excellent; regulatory, HIPPA Billable hour requirement 1680 annually  Good tenure at previous firms - not hoppy Work schedule is Monday – Thursday, 100% in office role. The firm highly values work life balance.
This is a highly collaborative firm, with attorneys, paralegals, and staff, collaborating and come together frequenly.
Top-market base salaries paid along with percentage on originations, and bonus pool. Benefits package and holidays paid, unlimited PTO. 
There is a partner-track level for everyone.
