Your Responsibilities: Instructional Excellence: Prepare engaging lesson plans, effectively utilize learning management systems, and objectively assess student performance.
Student Interaction: Create a nurturing classroom environment, provide feedback, support student development, and maintain accurate records.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest instructional methodologies, attend workshops, and actively engage in ongoing professional development.

• Must have Bachelor's degree in nursing, Masters preferred.
• Must have 3 years of clinical experience.
o Clinical Instructors: Must have 1 year of documented experience in the area of instruction.
o Theory Instructors: Must have at least 2 years of professional nursing clinical experience.
• Must meet approval of the Board of Nursing to hold the position.
• Must meet all regulatory and corporate qualifications.
• Previous experience teaching nursing students preferred.
Compensation: $37-$42hr (Based on education/Experience)
