Destination Expertise: Utilize your comprehensive knowledge of luxury destinations worldwide to recommend exclusive accommodations, activities, and experiences tailored to each client's preferences.
Itinerary Planning: Design customized travel itineraries that reflect the unique interests, preferences, and travel styles of individual clients.
Vendor Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with luxury hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, and other travel partners to ensure access to exclusive amenities and experiences for clients.
Travel Logistics: Coordinate all aspects of clients' travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, dining reservations, and special requests, ensuring seamless execution and impeccable service throughout their journey.
Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their travels, including assistance with itinerary adjustments, emergency support, and post-trip feedback.
Luxury Trends & Insights: Stay informed about the latest trends, developments, and innovations in luxury travel, continually enhancing your expertise to provide clients with cutting-edge experiences and recommendations.
Requirements: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, be coachable, articulate ideas clearly, and convey information persuasively.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure accuracy in all aspects of travel planning.
