As the first point of contact for our esteemed clientele, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive and welcoming environment. Your outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall success and reputation of our luxury automotive dealership. Responsibilities: Warmly greet clients and visitors as they enter the dealership, providing a professional and friendly first impression. Answer incoming phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner, directing calls to the appropriate individuals or departments. Schedule appointments and maintain the dealership's calendar, ensuring efficient use of resources. Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the luxury image of the dealership. Coordinate with the sales, service, and finance departments to ensure smooth customer interactions. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback received via email, online portals, or social media platforms. Adhere to dealership policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a luxury automotive or high-end retail environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using office software applications, including MS Office. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls and customer inquiries while maintaining a calm and composed manner. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently. Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and strong customer service orientation. Knowledge or interest in luxury automotive brands and their features is advantageous.
