Responsibilities
• Provide quality and excellent nursing care to assigned behavioral health children and adolescents• Regularly assess, plan, implement, and evaluate each resident's care• Produce a comprehensive nursing assessment care and current nursing care plan• Develop measurable goals on the Multi-disciplinary Treatment Plan• Complete daily progress notes for assigned residents• Provide a safe, therapeutic environment that protects resident's rights• Maintain professional relationship with patients, family members, and the staff• Follow company values of Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Empowerment
Requirements
• Active LPN or RN license in the State of Missouri or compact license• Previous experience in mental health or residential treatment is a plus• Ability to work full-time and availability for day shifts with rotating weekends• Good communication and organizational skills• Ability to work in a team and build rapport with patients and staff• Knowledge of psychiatric care and long-term care settings
