A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE MANAGER As a full-time LPN Nurse Manager, you enjoy interacting with and providing high-quality care for our residents as well as educating their families. During your shift, you direct the care staff in the proper and timely completion of their duties. Under the direction of a physician, you provide medical treatment and administer medication. During each shift, you assess residents and document any changes in condition including interventions, care provided, and outcomes.
You also coordinate and lead activities of daily living and address family/social concerns.
