Responsibilities
• Monitor patient health and administer basic care• Role model expectations related to customer service and patient safety• Collaborate with others to meet patients' needs• Provide basic comfort and implement individualized care plans• Apply appropriate interventions to progress patients towards wellness• Discuss care with patients and report concerns to RNs and doctors• Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and coworkers• Deliver medication safely and maintain professional nursing practice• Report and document patient symptoms, responses, and progress• Perform other assigned functions and tasks
Requirements
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing• One or more years of nursing experience preferred• Current LPN/LVN license required• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required• First aid may be required
