Join our dynamic team as a part-time Loyalty Specialist and play a crucial role in enhancing our esteemed loyalty program, designed to reward our valued customers. Your work will directly impact our loyalty program's effectiveness, ensuring our customers feel valued and appreciated.
What You'll Do:
Support Loyalty Program Operations: Handle data entry for loyalty promotions and transactions while maintaining accurate records. Conduct audits to verify the integrity of loyalty points and ensure compliance with program standards.
Customer and Field Support: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to both field personnel and customers concerning loyalty points adjustments and inquiries.
Promotional Activities Management: Coordinate the setup and oversight of promotional offers, ensuring they are executed flawlessly.
Communication: Draft and distribute communications related to program updates, news, and policies to both internal teams and program members.
Financial Processing: Oversee the auditing, approval, and timely payment of program invoices. Assist in managing the logistics for reward trip registrations and participant sign-ups.
Who We Are Looking For:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: 1-3 years in a support role, preferably within Marketing or a Loyalty Program. Experience in customer service is highly valued.
Skills: Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, especially with data management. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong capability in Excel for managing and analyzing data using V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, and charts.
Qualities: Excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a sense of urgency in task management.
