Loss Control Contractor

Job summary
TranStar Technical Services is seeking independent contractors with 3+ years of commercial loss control experience.Background checks are required.Must have good communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities
• Conduct loss control surveys for various commercial occupancies and coverages.• Analyze and think critically about exposures and required controls for all lines of coverages.• Manage a regular territory within a 30-50 mile radius.• Utilize electronic diagram program for inspections.• Describe complex situations with good communication skills.• Ensure compliance with OSHA 10/30 Hour Construction/General Industry Safety standards.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial loss control experience.• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.• Familiarity with exposures and required controls for all lines of coverages.• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in the field.• Certifications such as OHST, ALCM, ARM, or CSP are a plus.• Must have a cellular or Wi-Fi connection to utilize the web-based system.
