Responsibilities
• Monitors construction activities, provides daily and weekly reporting and updates of status to prime• Coordinates with on-base personnel• Assists with permitting processes including documentation and coordinating visits to the site by decision makers• Attends meetings, provides some guidance to sub-contractors• Works with remote logistics team regarding shipping, base access coordination, safety• Typical work schedule is 7-4, adjusting for day to day needs of the project
Requirements
• Secret level clearance required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance• Bachelors Degree plus 8-10 years of related experience, or a Master's Degree with 6-8 years of related expereince, or a PhD with 3-5 years of related experience or High-school Diploma/GED plus 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of a completed degree• Engineering background or prior construction industry experience required• Proficiency with MS Office• Proficiency with CAD or MS Visio• Willing to take relevant trainings including safety, aerial lifts, telehandler.
