What You'll Do:
Develop Engaging Content: Create and update training materials, modules, and course outlines that reflect the latest industry standards and trends.
Lead Dynamic Sessions: Conduct interactive virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars that captivate and educate a diverse audience.
Hands-On Learning: Organize and guide practical exercises and simulations to help students apply theoretical concepts.
Assess and Support: Design and administer assessments, quizzes, and exams to track student progress. Offer personalized coaching to help learners overcome challenges.
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry developments to ensure training materials are always relevant.
Gather Feedback: Collect input from students to continuously improve the training experience.
Collaborate: Work with fellow instructors and subject matter experts to enhance the overall quality of our training programs.
Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of student attendance, performance, and certification.
What We're Looking For:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Industry Experience: Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related area.
Teaching Skills: Previous teaching or training experience, with strong communication and presentation abilities.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with training software and tools.
Organized and Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Adaptable: Ability to tailor teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and levels.
Language Skills: Knowledge of French is a plus.

Pay: $18 - $25 per hour
Type: Part-time, remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, evening and night shifts
Hours: Expected 25 hours per week
