Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Manage inventory and shipments, ensuring compliance with customs and international regulations.
Facilitate rapid procurement of aircraft parts, Ground Support Equipment (GSE), and other essential items.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of spares and commercial products.
Utilize creative sourcing methods to navigate logistics challenges in diverse environments.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and procurement activities.
Support program managers and finance department with accountability and status updates.
Initiate purchasing processes and manage purchase order requests.
Cultivate and maintain vendor relationships, sourcing new partnerships as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Uphold company values and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience (2+ years).
4+ years of administrative support experience, including inventory management and procurement.
Valid Driver's License and US Passport.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently in diverse environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher.
Experience with logistics software such as Microsoft Dynamics D365.
Forklift Operator's Certificate and Hazardous Materials Shipping Certificate.
Experience with Veryon/Flight Docs or similar platforms.
Additional Information:
This position may require occasional travel, up to 50%, including deployment to overseas locations.
Must be a US citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance Level.
