Position Overview:
We're seeking a talented Logistics Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing our reverse logistics processes, ensuring smooth operations and driving efficiency in everything we do.
What You'll Do:
Act as a trusted liaison between our team, fulfillment centers, and logistics partners.
Manage the execution and improvement of orders, deliveries, and returns.
Own and communicate partnership status, developing and enhancing processes as needed.
Utilize your expertise to meet the expectations of our retail partners.
Oversee order fulfillment, shipping, and deliveries, ensuring timely service.
Collaborate with return partners to manage returns effectively.
Take charge of return inventory management, including disposition and refurbishment.
Maintain inventory accuracy and reconcile financial transactions.
What You'll Bring:
2+ years of experience in reverse logistics.
Familiarity with major retailer portals and PO management.
Knowledge of EDI and ERP systems, NetSuite experience a plus.
Strong understanding of routing requirements and transportation logistics.
Experience with contract manufacturing, distribution, and order processing.
Excellent analytical skills and a proactive attitude.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfort working in cross-functional teams across different time zones.
Proficiency in Google Workspace applications.
