Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for a Logistics Manager, SME at Redstone Arsenal, in Huntsville, Alabama. This effort supports t he Strategic Integrated Kinetic Effects (STRIKE) Project Office (PO), which has been tasked to field the Long Range Hypersonic Weapon (LRHW) and Mid-Range Capability (MRC) Army weapon systems.  ***Contingent upon contract award*** Duties include, but are not limited to: Plan, direct, or coordinate transportation, storage, or distribution activities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable government laws or regulations.  Provide analytic/logistics Product Support Management expertise tosupport management, planning, and training in support of total package fielding of weapon systems and will be required to travel to Continental United States (CONUS) or outside Continental United States (OCONUS) locations. This includes developing and executing fielding plans, after action reviews, joint inventories, coordination with the product office and soldiers, and Modification Table of Organization and Equipment (MTOE) reviews as frequently as weekly. Provide analytic/logistics Product Support Management expertise to support sustainment maintenance activities for depot and field level maintenance in CONUS and OCONUS locations. This includes reviewing, managing and monitoring the planning and execution of maintenance programs such as RESET, Overhaul, Vehicle Operational Life Extension Program (VOLEP) utilizing the approved logistics related databases to include but not limited to the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), Global Combat Support SystemArmy (GCSS-A), and Webdesk, and providing support through recommendation and professional expertise. During these efforts, the contractor shall provide recommendations to provisioning efforts, perform maintenance analysis of field reports, analyze improvement reports, review and recommend maintenance allocation and support criteria establishment, review readiness rates and contribute to the modification work order (MWO) fielding team field support readiness team. The contractor shall provide logistical support to field support engineering by reviewing economical repair limits for end items and secondary items, provide logistical input and recommendations on Continuous Technology Refreshment (CTR), review and provide recommendations on establishment of the reclamation, fabrication, demilitarization, or depot maintenance production line procedures, Review and provide recommendations for the update of test programs and adapters for use with Depot Maintenance
Plant Equipment (DMPE).  Provide sustainment and maintenance support to include monitoring and application of system modifications. This includes but is not limited to supply support, reviewing technical manual update, preparing, verifying, and reviewing MWO's, reports from the field, Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) incorporations, and schedules for approved modifications to the weapon system on a weekly basis. Logistical expertise to briefings, provide professional, factual and accurate responses to 100% of delegated action items and taskers in support of logistics activities such as Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), In Progress Reviews (IPRs), delegated working groups, and programmatic meetings as assigned. Meeting minutes shall be submitted as required. Support for the planning, direction, and control of programs for sustainment activities. The contractor shall prepare and maintain technical and/or logistical documentation, briefings, evaluations and reports for current and future programs. The contractor shall perform analysis of field reports, review readiness rates to provide recommendations for improving field readiness posture. Perform logistical, technical, and physical inspection of equipment at CONUS or OCONUS locations. The contractor shall provide IPS input to elements within AMCOM preparing messages for transmittal to the field. The contractor shall provide technical input and recommendations to the Army concerning the critical safety items program. The Contractor shall travel IAW with section 3.0 for Fielding/Life Cycle Logistics Support (LCLS)/Property Accountability requirements. Logistics support for sustainment and maintenance for data management in internal and external systems and databases to include but are not limited to Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A), and Webdesk (T&M). Provide the Logistics Directorate to include the Defense Travel System (DTS) review and updates, developing and reviewing correspondence, scheduling meetings, routing documents, and consolidation of logistics tasks. Training and training device support expertise to perform duties as the logistics representative for the operational users of all assigned maintenance and training events. The contractor shall provide logistical assistance for the STRIKE PO to include all LRHW and MRC system components to users in all areas of operations CONUS and OCONUS on as needed basis. The contractor shall evaluate and validate training programs and materials, provide inputs and recommendation for identification, coordination and readiness of training and training support requirements. The contractor shall perform cost comparison of various training methods/ROMS provided to the STRIKE PO. Expertise in the area of Inventory Management of Major End items to include property documentation to include but not limited to DA Form 3161, DA Form 2062, review of DD Form 250, and cognitive ability to utilize Technical Manuals I and Army Regulations (AR). Review and provide input to the LCLS contract budget, budget realignments, input papers and justifications for funding, review budget requirements and spend plans. Review LCLS contract Performance Cost Reports (PCRs) and Contract Funds Status Reports (CFSRs) on the cost plus portion of the contract to track program spending. Track, analyze and report OEM contract costs (i.e., labor, travel, materials) for Government review. Research and recommend LCLS contract budgeting and procurement requirements
and objectives. Provide expert inputs to the Depot Maintenance Workload Distribution (DMWD) 50/50 report that is a financial accounting report that documents actual and planned obligations of the funds made available for the performance of depot level maintenance and repair workload on a weekly bases. The contractor shall also formulate, update, and review Depot Maintenance Support Plan (DMSP) and Test Program Set Management Plan (TPSMP). Analytic/logistic expertise to develop and maintain program milestones plans, schedules and required acquisition documents using AR 70-1, AR 700-127, and DA PAM 700-127 as reference. Provide advice, make recommendations, and research Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology (ASA(ALT)) emerging logistics requirements for streamlining business processes, improving performance incentives and metrics, and applying innovative approaches to incentivize industry and Government. Shall travel on an as-needed basis with Government lead(s) for contractually required, annual inventory of LCLS parts stored at all contractor and sub contractor facilities within CONUS. The Contractor shall travel IAW with section 3.0 for Fielding/LCLS/Property Accountability requirements. ***Contingent upon contract award*** Minimum Required Qualifications Citizenship:  Must be a U.S. citizen

Education: BS/BA or MA/MS Degree
Years of Experience: over 20 years of related experience and recognized as an industry leader
