What You'll Do:
As a Remote Logistics Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Product Management:
Ensuring the accuracy of all product materials
Coordinating artwork design and collaborating with graphic designers
Providing factories with necessary product information for manufacturing purposes
Ensuring compliance with all legal product requirements
Identifying opportunities for expanding our product lines through research
Inventory Management:
Maintaining accurate documentation of inventory across all warehouses
Conducting weekly inventory analysis and providing support as needed
Coordinating with factories to ensure timely and accurate orders
Researching and negotiating with new factories for potential partnerships
Logistics:
Managing our current logistics team effectively
Overseeing the shipping process from factory to warehouse and warehouse to customers
Continuously improving our logistics processes for greater efficiency
Developing and implementing a competitive shipping and logistics strategy
Collaborating with shipping partners to secure the best rates
What You'll Need:
We're looking for candidates with:
5+ years of experience in product and inventory management
Familiarity with overseas manufacturers
Proficiency in communication tools like Slack
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with NetSuite software preferred
