Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities:
·        Develop and execute logistics strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
·        Establish KPI's to gauge performance and foster a culture of innovation and improvement.
·        Collaborate with executives to synchronize logistics strategies with overarching business goals.
·        Oversee transportation, warehousing, product inventory and distribution functions.
·        Ensure timely deliveries while minimizing costs and enhancing routes.
·        Cultivate relationships with transportation providers and warehousing partners.
·        Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms.
·        Conduct performance reviews and audits to ensure compliance and reliability.
·        Identify technical opportunities to optimize logistics processes.
·        Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and industry norms.
·        Directly manage Domestic Logistics Manager and support team.
·        Other duties as assigned by CEO.
Qualifications:
·        Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
·        Extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management.
·        Proficiency in logistics principles, practices, and technologies.
·        Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
·        Adaptability in a dynamic environment.
