Join Serco and US Army's Integrated Base Defense Security Systems (IBD-SS) opportunity which supports the fielding and sustainment of the US Army's Integrated Base Defense Security Systems (IBD-SS) contract in Huntsville, Alabama.

As a prime contractor, Serco provides the US Army IBD-SS with Integrated Product Support (IPS)
You will be a part of large team of logisticians, field service representative personnel, budget analysts, and other support personnel to collaborate closely with the customer delivering quality solutions. Our team conducts Training, Fielding, Site Survey, System Installation and De-Installation, Maintenance, Remote support, Care of Supplies in Storage (COSIS), Supply, Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS), Packaging, Handling, Shipping, and Transport, and disposal functions.
You will be involved for lifecycle management of IBD-SS and Force Protection family of systems. You will provide multiple products' support functions and activities to include spares, warehousing/kitting management, maintenance, transportation, shipping, fielding, equipment operator training, contractor equipment operators, field service representatives (FSRs), systems sustainment and design engineering, obsolescence management and total asset visibility management of IBD-SS and Force Protection family of systems. To be successful in these roles, you will have:
DOD Secret Security Clearance. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Business Management, or a related field related to the job description listed above. 5 years' experience in U.S. Army supply chain management with relevant experience within the last three (3) years. 15 years of experience is preferred. 3 years' experience with business process optimization, strategic sourcing, supplier/subcontractor management, financial/cost management, field support, and readiness management. 10 years of experience is preferred. Active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred. Be willing to travel up to 25% to 75% Conus or OCONUS US Passport
Additional desired experience and skills:
Experience supporting OCONUS theater logistics.
Familiarity with IBD-SS technologies and programs
LMP COLTS DPAS AESIP RAID CLS PBUSE Knowledge of and experience complying with Federal, State, Department of Defense (DoD), and local warehousing and material handling and shipping requirements. Knowledge of Army Training Management and Training Development in accordance with United States Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Regulations. Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification in functional area: Life Cycle Logistics at the Advanced Practitioner level or a non-DoD equivalent certification in Acquisition Logistics.
Preferred or Additional desired experience, education, skills:
Former Military, Army experience is preferred US Army MOS 92 preferred.
