About This Role: World Distribution Services (WDS), a World Group Company, is currently looking for a dedicated person to join our family as a Logistics Coordinator for our growing warehouse operation in Virginia Beach!

Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, receive and process orders, create and distribute documentation Input data into Warehouse Management System, distributing documentation accordingly Provide proactive customer service and support facility operations Build and maintain positive relationships with customers Ensure all customer concerns are handled timely and accurately Accurately invoice all files Other duties as assigned Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED required Previous warehouse, distribution, or 3PL experience preferred Excellent customer service skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Customer first attitude Strong team player Experience with warehouse management systems helpful Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The person in this position frequently communicates with external contacts and other employees. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
