The Role:
As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind our supply chain operations. From receiving and processing orders to coordinating shipments and managing inventory, you'll ensure that our products reach our customers with speed and precision. But it's not just about logistics - it's about providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our suppliers and customers.
What You'll Do:
Be the friendly voice on the other end of the phone, providing top-notch customer service to suppliers and customers alike.
Coordinate both domestic and international shipments, ensuring smooth delivery according to vendor agreements.
Work closely with carriers, 3PLs, and customers to manage shipping and deliveries effectively.
Keep a close eye on inventory levels, forecasting demand and maintaining accurate records.
Serve as a mentor to your team, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help everyone succeed.
Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to streamline our operations.
Provide regular reports to management, keeping them informed of key metrics and performance indicators.
About You:
High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in warehousing and logistics.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for leadership.
Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
