Proactively develop alternatives and solutions to order delays Monitor customer supply usage through supply dashboard alerts, emails, and customer phone calls Fulfill customer supply orders per their unique service agreement Schedule shipment or delivery of supplies to ensure customer doesn't experience a break in service Administer stock transfers among various company locations Manage cycle counts Manage obsolete stock Monitor cost adjustments Process Return to Vendor (RTV) orders and follow up as needed Monitor and adjust the min/max levels for each warehouse Review and manually adjust as necessary the supply thresholds established automatically in data collection agent (DCA) monitor Perform warehouse inventories semi-annually Promptly respond to customer and technician requests to ensure proper and timely follow-up Place and replace supplies in appropriate location for easy retrieval and inventory Perform general housekeeping tasks to ensure safe workspace and proper storage of supplies and products in warehouse Work with external vendors to ensure accurate delivery of order, timeliness of orders and resolve any disputes Generate supply-related reports as needed Continually work to improve process efficiencies to save time and money Knowledge and Skills: 1-year experience in supply department operations preferred Ability to utilize computer and navigate software comfortably Ability to interface with customers, coworkers, and vendors on a professional and personable level Ability to build relationships and manage effective communications with vendors Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Knowledge of an ERP system desired or a strong desire to learn. E-automate experience a plus Superior attention to detail Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Ability to lift 40 pounds Ability to work in variable temperatures Other Duties Set-up Technician Functions
Read and interpret technical data and work orders Unbox, assemble, and configure a wide variety of copiers and printers Perform quality assurance checks and ensure devices can connect to network prior to installation at customer location Ensure all new devices have toner, operations manuals, and needed software prior to delivery/install Independently identify issues, methodically troubleshoot, and implement solutions Shrink wrap and stage equipment for delivery Process Machine Movement (PMM) Forms within EAutomate and New Set-Up paperwork Ensure descriptions and serial numbers match sales order Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas Assist with refurbishing and preparing pre-owned equipment for resale Inspect machine Remove all parts and clean Order necessary replacement parts Rebuild to bring machine back to factory specifications Configure and test Complete paperwork Toughest Parts of the Job:
