In addition to strong leadership skills and results orientation, the ideal candidate must demonstrate: Customer Service: Most days, you will be on the trucks alongside our Truck Team Members servicing our customers & increasing your sales skills Sales: You will be the sales leader helping our truck team members sell our services to customers throughout the area. Dispatch/Operations: You will run the routes for our Truck Team Members to ensure on time service is provided to all our customers Finances: You will assist in balancing the daily books/cash reconciliation as well as certain operational tasks Sales Meetings: Prior to our truck team members hitting the road in the morning, we hold a quick, interactive sales meeting that includes reviewing sales numbers as well as coaching & role plays.
