Job summary
The Local Store Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in developing and executing dealership-level marketing strategy and activities.Reports to the Marketing Manager.Responsible for communication, retail environment, events, and other assigned duties.
Job seniority: associate level
Responsibilities
• Work alongside the Marketing Department and Dealer Leadership to ensure a local marketing plan is documented• Develop and maintain relationships with the local community, riding groups, and vendors• Gather, report, and share best practices and after-action reviews of marketing activities• Perform weekly visits to assigned dealerships to review POP kits and overall dealership readiness• Manage requests from local dealerships for POP kits, online content, and events• Maintain brand standards and creative guidelines• Perform SWOT analyses and develop quarterly event strategy• Ensure delivery of dealership-specific event programming• Coordinate creative materials for all events• Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Motorcycle Knowledge• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field preferred• Demonstrated leadership ability• Self-starting, self-directing, and proactive
