YOUR ROLE AS A TAZIKI'S LOCAL STORE MARKETER: Be a Taziki's Ambassador for our service, our menu, our story, and our culture through grassroots marketing in the community Drive applications by promoting Taziki's Careers in the community Sustain open communication with the local Taziki's owner(s)/operator(s), store managers, FOH and BOH staff and catering staff Manage local Facebook page(s) Extensive menu knowledge (catering and dine-in), aiding in the education of products to clients, guests and staff Educate and coach guest-facing staff on every LTO, promotion and special offer Table-touch multiple times per week to obtain contacts for catering, fundraisers, and other business opportunities Promote, coordinate and facilitate fundraisers Coordinate food shows for potential and valued clients as well as attend and assist with high profile catering and special events Manage community and charity partnerships via special events, donations and marketing efforts Distribute marketing collateral and promotional items within local market and assure they are installed properly Create market sales goals and effectively track weekly sales Participate in weekly or monthly manager meetings providing updates on local marketing efforts and events Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities THE IDEAL LOCAL STORE MARKETER: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field 2-3 years of sales or marketing experience desired, but not required Must have and maintain a clean driving record Extensive knowledge of Google Suite, with the ability to learn new software programs Motivated, self-initiated and team oriented Detail oriented and self-disciplined Highly responsible and dependable Excellent leadership, guest service, both verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Ability to earn trust and build solid relationships Adhering to all company policies and procedures YOUR WORKING CONDITIONS/HOURS: Flexible schedule Occasional nights and weekends for events Typically 35-45 hours per week Local travel is required Regional/ national travel may be involved periodically YOUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: (with or without a reasonable accommodation)
