If you are detail-oriented, thorough, and can offer top-notch customer service, apply now!Responsibilities:Screen and make calls, book appointments and provide administrative support as neededReview all loan package documentation for discrepancies, omissions, and income calculation then report any discrepancies to the loan originatorAct as the primary contact between our clients and our company and schedule and conduct meetings to discuss any follow-up issues or items that need to be addressedGather and coordinate necessary loan documentation necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperworkAnswer questions about transactions for clients and company employees to help ensure a high level of customer satisfactionDevelop and maintain referral partner relationshipsTake and process applications from borrowersGuide borrowers through the mortgage process for home purchases and refinancesResearch competitive mortgage rates and interest rates, and negotiate terms to find ideal mortgage product and lender for potential borrowersEnsure a smooth mortgage process by working with the borrower's real estate agent, mortgage professionals such as closing agents, and financial institution department underwritersQualifications:Highly motivated and goal-oriented with excellent customer service and communication skillsStrong understanding of loan financing options such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, commercial loans, etc.Preferred degree in banking or finance, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required5+ years of professional office environment experience as a loan officer assistant or mortgage assistant preferredComputer proficiency required including MS Office; some CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferredNMLS license is required before start dateAbout Company:House and Home Mortgage is a thriving mortgage brokerage located in Edmond, Oklahoma.
