Responsibilities
• Provides excellent customer service• Handles daily duties in the Loan Review Compliance department• Answers phone calls and assists customers• Explains and sells bank products and services• Performs administrative duties such as labeling and filing loan documents• Assists Lenders and Loan Assistants as needed
Requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and basic understanding of Microsoft Excel• Attention to detail• Ability to comprehend and analyze information• Maintain composure and control emotions in challenging situations• Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment• Advanced knowledge of bank products and services• Organizational and prioritization skills• Present a professional appearance• Reliable transportation• High school diploma or equivalent
