Responsibilities
• Conduct business in compliance with state and federal regulations• Market to clients through various sales efforts• Field inbound loan inquiries• Originate loans and work with Loan Processor to close the loan
Requirements
• NMLS license• Minimum 1 year mortgage origination experience• Complete understanding of current mortgage laws, guidelines, loan programs, and trends• Ability to assist customers in determining the best mortgage type• Ability to negotiate loan terms and conditions• Outstanding customer service skills• Excellent sales and consulting skills• Mathematical and analytical proficiency• Confidence in speaking and presenting in front of groups• Superior written and verbal communication skills• High School Diploma or GED required• AA or Bachelor's Degree preferred
