Responsibilities
• Provide loan decisions and/or credit recommendations• Review financial statements and identify cash flow• Evaluate commercial loan requests• Exhibit knowledge of fair lending issues and regulations• Render credit decisions within assigned loan authority• Summarize and adjudicate final credit decision• Refer and recommend loans above approval limits• Perform in a dynamic production environment• Make accurate decisions in granting loan requests• Analyze the financial condition of bank customers• Seek alternative means of financing or counter offers• Assist the document analysis center with due diligence
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics• 2+ years of credit analysis or loan review experience• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications• Knowledge of deposit and loan accounting systems preferred
