The Loan Administration Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and tracking loan documents throughout the entire loan lifecycle. The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of loan administration, commercial loan processing, federal banking compliance regulations, and documentation standards.
What you will be doing Review loan documents such as loan closing documents and credit requests to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations. Manage loan files to ensure timely completion of closing documents and that all information is up to date. Monitor loan performance and update loan documents accordingly. Conduct periodic reviews of loan portfolios and ensure accuracy of all loan information. Maintain accurate records of all loan activity for reporting purposes. Assist with the preparation of loan documents and other lending documents as needed. What you will need Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred. 1+ years of experience in loan administration and/or commercial loan processing. Proficiency in LaserPro, Microsoft Office, and AccuSystems software preferred. Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Thorough understanding of federal banking compliance regulations and lending documents.
