The team is committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and provide education on AI technologies to other departments within the company.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated LLM Solutions Architect to join our team at Morgan Stanley. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with business areas across the firm to design, develop, and implement generative AI-based solutions to enhance processes. This role will liaise with business areas and centralized AI teams to accelerate adoption of AI-based solutions.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Advisory: Provide strategic guidance to senior business leaders on the application and integration of generative AI in their respective business areas. Understand business needs and translate them into AI solutions that drive business value.2. Project Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plan for GenAI initiative, including timelines, milestones, and resources. Coordinate project activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.3. Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, including senior business leaders, to ensure alignment and buy-in on generative AI initiatives. Manage expectations and address any concerns or issues that arise.4. Risk Management: Identify potential risk and issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to drive alignment and synergy on GenAI projects.6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track project performance metrics and KPIs to measure progress against objective and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular updates to leaders on KPIs and future plans.7. Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and enhance overall effectiveness of GenAI programs.
