Job Description:

Global Partners is seeking a motivated and dynamic Live Chat Specialist to join our team. This is a remote, part-time position based in Austin, Texas, US. As an Entry Level Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and address concerns- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience in all customer interactions- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate to the appropriate team member when necessary- Document customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Adaptable and resourceful with a strong attention to detail- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to think creatively- Proficient in using live chat platforms and other customer service tools- High school diploma or equivalent required
