Live Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a part-time Live Chat Specialist for remote work in San Francisco, California. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position. We are looking for a hardworking and independent individual who possesses strong project management skills and excellent decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities:- Provide real-time customer support via live chat services- Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience- Monitor chat conversations for quality assurance and compliance with company policies- Track and analyze chat data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in a customer service or live chat support role- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Strong project management skills and the ability to make quick decisions- Proficiency in using chat support tools and software- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
