Job Description:
Kroger is seeking a motivated and independent Live Chat Specialist to join our team in New York City, New York. As a part-time entry-level position, the Live Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service and possess strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions- Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints effectively- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction- Utilize creative solutions to enhance the overall customer experience- Maintain a positive attitude and high level of professionalism at all times
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat setting- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset- Motivated and independent worker who can thrive in a fast-paced environment- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
