Job Description:

As a Live Chat Specialist at Ingram Micro, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through live chat to our clients. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for accurately documenting customer interactions and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through live chat- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed- Document customer interactions in a clear and concise manner- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and best practices in customer service

Requirements:- 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support- Independent and passionate personality traits- Strong leadership and emotional intelligence skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Proficiency in using live chat software and customer service tools- Availability to work part-time hours in Los Angeles, California
