Job Description:

JUUL Labs is seeking a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. This entry-level position requires individuals who are resilient, reliable, and have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner- Use product knowledge to assist customers with questions and provide additional information- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
