Job Description:
Walmart is seeking a motivated and independent Live Chat Representative to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Live Chat Representative, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your own home on a part-time basis. This role is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat on Walmart's website- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, returns, and other inquiries- Proactively engage with customers to promote products and services- Research solutions to customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolution of customer complaints- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:- Must be independent and self-disciplined to work effectively from home- Demonstrated hardworking attitude to meet and exceed performance goals- Excellent research skills to find solutions to customer inquiries- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in using live chat software and customer service tools- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
