Live Chat Representative - Remote Work

As a Live Chat Representative at Campbell Soup, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with customers. This position is remote, based in San Francisco, California, and is part-time at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner through live chat- Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and company policies- Address customer complaints and escalate as needed to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve customer service processes- Meet and exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate

Requirements:- Confident and adaptable personality traits- Strong project management and strategic planning skills- Excellent written communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Experience working with live chat software is a plus- High school diploma or equivalent- Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace for remote work
