Job Description:
Williams, a leading company based in New York City, is seeking a confident and driven Live Chat Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner via live chat.2. Utilize strategic planning and project management skills to effectively handle multiple customer chats simultaneously.3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.4. Continuously learn and adapt to new technological advancements to improve customer service experience.5. Maintain a positive and proactive attitude when interacting with customers.
Requirements:1. Confident and driven personality with excellent communication skills.2. Strong strategic planning and project management skills.3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.4. Previous experience in customer service or a related field.5. Proficiency in typing and multitasking.6. Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
