Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

HollyFrontier is seeking a dedicated Live Chat Representative to join our team in New York City, New York. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in real-time through our live chat system to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and troubleshooting technical issues- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to quickly and accurately address customer needs- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and timely information to customers- Meet and exceed performance goals related to customer satisfaction, response time, and sales targets

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Hardworking and reliable with a strong work ethic- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to negotiate and present information effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
