Live Chat Officer - Work From Home

Job Description:

Eli Lilly is seeking a motivated and resourceful Live Chat Officer to work from home in Los Angeles, California. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent, analytical, and creative in their approach to customer service.

Responsibilities:- Manage incoming chats from customers in a professional and timely manner- Provide accurate information about products and services- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures- Support customers through the entire chat process, from initial contact to resolution

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in using chat software and basic computer applications- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Creative thinking to find innovative solutions to customer inquiries
