Job Description:
Biogen is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Live Chat Officer to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Austin, Texas, US. As an Entry Level Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Independent and reliable work ethic- Strong persuasion skills to influence customer decisions- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in using chat platforms and CRM systems
