Job Description:Whirlpool is seeking a part-time Live Chat Officer to join our team in San Diego, California. As an Associate Level position, the Live Chat Officer will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and providing exceptional service through our live chat platform.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in a timely and professional manner through live chat to address their questions, concerns, and feedback- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating as needed to ensure a positive customer experience- Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and technical support to customers- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers
Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Resilient and resourceful personality traits- Strong presentation and time management skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficient in using live chat software and other communication tools- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
