Live Chat Officer

Sysco is seeking a motivated and reliable Live Chat Officer to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving customer issues, and providing product recommendations. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all chat conversations and following up with customers as needed.

The ideal candidate for this position will have strong emotional intelligence and people management skills. You must be able to empathize with customers, de-escalate tense situations, and effectively communicate with a diverse range of individuals. Additionally, you should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
