Autoliv, a leading automotive safety supplier, is seeking a talented Live Chat Manager to work remotely from home. This part-time position is based in Indianapolis, Indiana, US, and is ideal for someone with mid-to-senior level experience in customer service or live chat management.

As the Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our live chat support team. Your primary duties will include managing a team of live chat agents, monitoring chat conversations to ensure quality and efficiency, handling escalated customer inquiries, and analyzing chat data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

To succeed in this role, you must be resilient and hardworking, with a strong focus on exceeding customer expectations and delivering delight. You should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as you will be leading a team of chat agents and working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of our live chat support system and processes. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in live chat technology.

Requirements:- 8 years of experience in customer service or live chat management- Resilient and hardworking personality traits- Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively- Proficiency in live chat software and customer service tools
